MailBox App Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the MailBox mobile application ("App") operated by MailBox ("we", "our", or "us").

By downloading, installing, or using MailBox, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

2. License and Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use MailBox for personal, non-commercial purposes on your device.

  • Misuse Gmail or Google APIs in violation of their policies

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Access

MailBox requires authentication via Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

3.2 Account Suspension

We may suspend or terminate access if you:

  • Violate these Terms
  • Engage in illegal or abusive activities
  • Breach third-party service policies

4. User Responsibilities

4.1 Lawful Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes.

9. Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • This includes loss of data, profits, or business interruption
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the App (if any)
