This Privacy Policy applies to the “TempAI” mobile applications (hereinafter referred to as “TempAI apps”) available on iOS and Android platforms.

TempAI app is committed to protecting your privacy. We only use information lawfully and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (Regulation (EU) 2016/679).

Why TempAI Exists

Information stored for years in your conventional email account may be exposed to hacking or lost due to service failures.
Using TempAI allows you to protect your real mailbox and personal information from unwanted exposure.
Your temporary email address is completely anonymous.

Your personal details — such as your IP address, email address, and information about communication partners — are protected and kept strictly confidential.

TempAI apps do not store your IP address. This ensures you are fully protected from any unauthorized actions that might endanger your privacy.

All emails and temporary data stored on our service are automatically deleted after the set time expires. You can also manually delete your temporary email address at any time using the “Delete” button.

Your privacy is our highest priority. Access to your data is provided only to you and only for the lifetime of your temporary email address.

What Does TempAI Do?

TempAI provides you with a temporary email address that you can use to receive messages and get notified of new incoming emails.
You can easily change your address instantly using the “Change” button and copy it to the clipboard with the “Copy” button.

A QR code is available to open the same mailbox in a web browser.
Please note that TempAI does not store emails for more than 12 hours.

What Information Do We Collect?

TempAI does not collect any personal data.

Like most standard mobile apps and websites, TempAI uses log files for operational purposes. These may include:

  • Device ID

  • Internet Service Provider (ISP)

  • Platform type

  • Date/time stamps

This information is used to analyze trends, administer the app, track aggregate usage, and gather general demographic information.
These log details are not linked to personally identifiable information.

Do We Disclose Any Information to Outside Parties?

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to external parties.

This excludes trusted third parties who assist in operating our apps, conducting business, or serving users — provided those parties agree to keep all information confidential.
